Christ Sanctuary Ministries is a mission-driven organization. We are a catalyst providing unifying support. Our mission is to empower, encourage and, educate. Christ Sanctuary Ministries offers the following services mentorship, military support, financial guidance, scholarships, life coaching, health and wellness, toys, and food donations.
Christ Sanctuary Ministries focuses on serving people, believing with guidance and support individuals are able to obtain the proper resources. Christ Sanctuary Ministries has helped to provide Christmas toys to over 125 children annually in the Jacksonville area. The organization has a Scholarship program that awards two, $500 scholarships annually to graduating high school seniors in Jacksonville and surrounding areas. The ministry supports Duval Academy, a structured, non-secure residential treatment program that serves 28 males, ages 14 to 18, who have been adjudicated. Monthly the ministry provides mentorship, birthday celebration, celebrates each Duval Academy resident upon graduating from the facility, and celebrates the young men for all major holidays. Annually, Christ Sanctuary Ministries chair the Thanksgiving and Christmas food baskets giveaway and the Easter Egg Hunt for the young men at Duval Academy. The ministry celebrates all the young men that successfully graduate from high school and receive a high school diploma. Christ Sanctuary Ministries is dedicated to positively impacting the residents at Duval Academy the ministry organizes, facilitates, and sponsors field trips to the Jaguar Games, Cummer Museum, Jacksonville Zoo, Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp Baseball games, and other local events.
Christ Sanctuary Ministries has worked with the National Naval Officer Association (NNOA) providing school supplies to two underserved schools. Christ Sanctuary Ministries volunteered to feed over 500 homeless individuals at St Francis Soup Kitchen. Also working with their scholarship committee providing scholarships to local seniors in the Jacksonville area. Christ Sanctuary Ministries continues to provide mentoring to young ladies in high school and college on succeeding in life and being successful in college. Christ Sanctuary Ministries conducts semi-annual seminars for Military personnel, providing educational support regarding military benefits and available resources.
Christ Sanctuary Ministries is a strong pillar in the community and serves as a catalyst for many people and organizations. Christ Sanctuary Ministries has partnered with four organizations to help provide scholarships to seniors within Jacksonville and surrounding areas. Christ Sanctuary Ministries willing partners with other agencies and organizations to provide toiletries, socks, clothes, and food to Veterans, the elderly community, the homeless, and those in need. Christ Sanctuary Ministries partnered and provided 55 Thanksgiving and Christmas baskets to the elderly, homeless individuals, Jacksonville Boys and Girls Club, and those in need during the months of November and December. We see the value in everyone. Christ Sanctuary Ministries Inc. is a catalyst for positive guidance and support.
